10 Weeks of Pinch Pots: No. 22

I was being too smooth with these, so I left this one cracked with an untrimmed edge.
By the way, a big influence of this pinch-pot-mania was a book I once got from the library (Grinnell? high school?) It was a book that was 100% pinch pot. It was captivating.
This is the best. One day, late in class, I'm sitting with Lisa and I ask, "Do you have that book that's all about pinch pots?"
Lisa: "Yes."
Brandy: "Can I borrow it?"
Lisa: "Sure."
She went upstairs to her studio and brought it back down. The book is Finding One's Way With Clay: Creating Pinched Pottery and Working With Colored Clays by Paul S. Berensohn. It was truly like seeing an old friend. It is a classic. Find it. Love it.
