Next stop, thanks to Oddball Wisconsin, was Dr. Evermor's Forevertron. Holy Moley, I am so glad we found out about this place and found it! If you are anywhere near the Madison/Wisonsin Dells area, seek this place out.

Above is a piece of the Forevertron. As the story goes, Dr. Evermor (Tom Every) built this contraption to launch himself into space when he dies. He'll go it the copper and glass egg basket in the upper left corner of this image.
