The Tiniest Souffle
Tonight I had a special dinner to make for Numo. In a pan in a biscuit cutter I poured a mix of egg, crickets and cottage cheese:


To make Mr. Numo is own souffle!


The special occasion:

Numo turned one year old today!



Food means nothing to this tube addict. He gave a few licks to the souffle and was soon plowing into me with a tube on his head. (He did eat the few little pieces I left in his cage for him overnight.)


That last photo turned out so sharp that I can show Numo's quills compared to his soft, soft belly fur.


Mmm... belly fur!

Hedgehog Rodeo
Thanks to Andrew for these pics from today's open house. Numo got three rounds of extroversion. He did darn well, considering all the people, though I think I overtaxed him the first time.



(Why am I decked out Western? Because I can. I'm wearing a shirt from my square-dance-band-days.)

Now I'm going to leave him be tonight after all of today's hedgehog-wrangling.
