Search
Engine Love
While combing through my web site stats, I noticed that several
folks had gotten to my site my search phrases like "red necklaces"
and "blue earrings." Wow, that's neat. So, I went to Google
and searched for "red necklaces." BOOM. Number 1 hit. Tried
some others. BOOM, BOOM, BOOM.
Granted,
I worked on the meta tags and the content to be straightforward
and descriptive, and it's a search engine and not a person
- but I still feel loved by Google.

So, my friend Anthony Burton emailed me this photo this morning:
So,
here's the story behind this shirt -
At the rehearsal before our square dance band's big barn dance,
Anthony said to me, "I wish I had a shirt that said, 'I heart
my life.'" I said, "I got it covered. What size?" Incredulously
he told me his size, in great detail depending on shirt shrinkage,
cut etc. Anthony had yet to learn of my varied abilities.
I made two shirts one for him and one for myself. I surprised
him with it a couple weeks later. Anthony totally dug it.
Well, several folks right off the bat asked if they could
get their own. Speaks well of the lives of my firends, but
heaven knows I wasn't up for the ol' contact paper and silkscreen
method I emplyed on our two, so I asked Anthony if my putting
the design on Cafe Press was copasetic. He said sure. Click
here to order your own.
But
let it be known that Anthony's the instigator and the owner
of the first one.
