The "Gifts" of the Year
Secure your spot in Brandy's free, 90-minute hands-on workshop.
We may not be able to make sense of the wider world, but let's take some time to reflect and make sense of your current moment.
Brandy Agerbeck will guide you through making a drawing crafted to:
- Make time to pause during the end-of-year, holiday rollercoaster
- Make the space to reflect, acknowledge what's hard, celebrate your wins
- Make sense of your recent experiences
- Make room for envisioning 2024

This session is for you if:
- It has been a ROUGH year and you need some perspective.
You may have already pitched this year in the bin and be planning for 2024. But wait!
Let's tie a bow on 2023. (Even if we're strangling it...) - The holiday season has you in masking-for-family mode (i.e. can't feel fully yourself in your family of origin).
Let's remind you of your center of gravity and power before you navigate choppy familial waters. - You tend to be go-go-GO and don't stop and give yourself credit for what you have accomplished.
- You could use a good ol' pick-me-up that grounds you and celebrates some wins.
Together, we make the space to listen to both the inner critic and your inner cheerleader.
You can get clarity on what isn't and is working right now.
Do not register if:
- You plan on multi-tasking, listening in while driving, or will kinda sorta attend.
This is a workshop, not a webinar. - You'll be late or can't give yourself 90-minutes to do some good thinking.
Brandy walks you through a step-by-step process to make every minute valuable. If you arrive late, we can't catch you up.
What do I need to participate?
- A few blank sheets of letter/A4 paper. No lines, grids, or dots. You will be making one drawing, but it doesn’t hurt to have extra pages.
- A favorite black pen for writing
- Two thicker markers in two different colors. It works best if these are bright colors, not dark ones.
- A quiet, comfortable space with a flat surface to draw on.
- Enough privacy that if you are working through some big feels, you won't feel too exposed or uncomfortable.
You will leave with a repeatable model for self-reflection.
☝️ This is Brandy's newest model (a Big Win of hers in her own rough year.)
