An extremely common refrain of mine is:

"I've got a lot of stuff going on, but it's all good stuff."

When I was in 10th grade, health teacher Ms. Steinke taught us about stress and eustress. That the latter was from good stuff. 

Boy howdy, I grabbed onto eustress and RAN WITH IT. 

Now, NOW, I know that my body doesn't know the difference between the two. It is still stressful. And there are real, chronic, physical effects. 

I grabbed this beautiful raku bowl from Jodi Bessinger to demonstrate all the good stuff. 

But/and I need more of the empty bowl to feel the fulfillment more and be kinder to my body.
